Return Eligibility

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within seven (7) days of receiving your product. To qualify, the item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging along with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards. Please note that for hygiene and technical reasons, certain products such as earbuds, headphones, screen protectors, and smartwatches that have already been activated cannot be accepted for return.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must inform us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. Our team will arrange a replacement or process a refund after inspection of the item. In such cases, the cost of return shipping will be covered by us to ensure that you are not inconvenienced.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within seven (7) to ten (10) business days and will be issued to your original payment method or via bank transfer. Please note that delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

Warranty Claims

Many of our electronic products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty coverage and duration vary depending on the brand and must be handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s policy. We are happy to guide you through this process, but the final service will be provided by the authorized service centers.
